ÁNGEL CRUZ La Barbería de Ángel
Ángel Cruz runs La Barbería de Ángel, a barbershop that combines classic and elegant styles with new trends and daring proposals. The barber entered the sector by chance at 16, without any reference in his family that could show him how the business worked. However, little by little hairdressing become his interest and today it is not only his profession, but also his passion. His training began in Salamanca, although during his career he has continued to train all around Spain with different professionals and in high-level academies. Currently, he is part of the OBP brand training team and he also offers training for the Junta de Castilla y León and the Eduardo Macera academy of beauty and hairdressing in Salamanca.
During his career, his achievements have received different recognitions:
- Best Barber of the year by Barberos 3.0 (2015)
- Third place in the XXV National Hairdressing Championship Congress 2017 (Valladolid)
- Second position in the 2018 National Hairdressing Championship (Avilés)
- Nominated for the TCT Awards in the category Best Male Collection (2018)
In addition, Ángel Cruz is a member of Barberos 3.0, Barberías con Encanto and TheQhair. Also, he collaborates with designers, photographers and in advertising campaigns, and with Jack & Jones in Salamanca.
