This very integrative vision of hairdressing is reflected in the practice in the salon. Each service begins after actively listening to the client. The hairdresser asks him or her to tell her everything regarding work, preferences, and style to achieve the most personalized service possible. Once Krisztina Keresztes has thought of a haircut, she proposes it and asks about the possibility of maintenance at home, how to style it, what he or she doesn't like, possible allergies, etc. Everything is important, even a small detail, to achieve the purpose of presenting the best version of that person, managing to increase their self-confidence, although feeling that they are still themselves.

In addition to hairdressing, she has trained as an engineer in Natural Extracts and Food Additives in the food industry, complementing her training with a two-year master's degree. Likewise, she has trained as a fashion designer at the University of Arts and Design in Timisoara (Romania), carrying out a master's specialization for two years. She has completed training courses as a hairdresser at the Rudolf Walter Foundation, as well as certified courses conducted under the Revlon Professional brand in Romania, Timisoara and Bucharest, and internationally in Lisbon, Bologna and Barcelona.

For 16 years, and uninterruptedly, she has developed her career at the salon in Timisoara, carrying out creative collections, as well as editorials of different types. Between 2013 and 2017 she was the director of her own salon, Salon & Experimental Fashion Design Conceptual Lab, and currently she is a freelance hairdresser, “Concept Creator” and experimental fashion designer.

She has been a professional trainer for Revlon Professional for 7 years and has a full master's degree completed for 4 years (2017). She has been a member of Intercoiffure Romania & Intercoiffure Mondial for 7 years. She has been artistic director for Intercoiffure Romania Association and column writer for Intercoiffure Romania magazine and platform for almost 5 years. She has also done numerous national and international photo shoots for herself and for Intercoiffure Romania and an international photoshoot for Intercoiffure Mondial from the 2016 "Attitudes" collection, representing Intercoiffure Romania, in Kiev, (Ukraine).

She has done experimental, commercial, avant-garde photoshoots, as well as editorials for works that have been published in numerous media in Romania:

Throughout her fruitful career she has received the following awards and distinctions:

• Finalist in the International Visionary Award Competition, in the "Avant-garde" category, organized by Alternative Hair Show, London, United Kingdom (2021)
• Finalist in the Beauty Awards contest for "Transformation of the year 2021", New York, United States (2021)
• Semifinalist at the International Beauty Industry Awards, in the categories "Best Braided" and "Best Before and After", New York, United States (2021)
• Semifinalist in the Beauty Awards contest for "Transformation of the year 2021" and "Creative Pro Cut 2021", New York, United States (2021)
• Second place and First Finalist at the IBI Awards/International Beauty Industry Awards Competition in the "Best Hand Painted Color" category, New York, United States (2020)

She has also received distinctions in other areas such as decoration:

• Ordre de la Chevalerie Decoration Award in the "Knights Award" category at the Intercoiffure Mondial Congress, Paris, France (2019)
• "Createur du Mode" award in decoration, Intercoiffure Mondial Congress, Paris, France (2016)

As a freelance fashion designer, she has 10 years of experience designing conceptual fashion and hairpieces in various collections: "Barkosz", "Polymorphic Techno Girl", "Hollywood tonight" and "Spring Flow".

Additionally, she has made three collections specifically for Intercoiffure Romania photo shoots, “Terracota”, “Back to Black” and “DekoFolk”. She has also designed and made her model's outfit for the International Visionary Awards "Illuminare" Final Contest (2021). Likewise, all the garments that appear in her creative collections have been designed and created exclusively by her, sometimes in collaboration with expert tailors.
