TRAINING PROGRAMME FOR EXCELLENCE

We offer a complete training programme structured into modules, which aims to provide a broad understanding of the brand, its products, and treatments, as well as the necessary tools to make the most of your work as a beautician. The different modules are taught at our training centres and branches. These centres are equipped with the latest technology and areas specifically adapted for learning and working in a unique environment. Training courses are given by a technical team of highly qualified professionals who are great communicators and with extensive experience in the world of beauty.

ESSENTIALS
Training sessions in which both facial and corporal diagnostics are covered as well as guidelines for a daily beauty routine using Montibello products.

ADVANCE
Sessions wherein the various Montibello products and treatments are presented, providing solutions for different kinds of problems.

EXPERT
Advanced level sessions to discover and practice the most exclusive Montibello therapies and rituals.

TECHNICAL STUDIOS

Training is Montibello’s prime concern and constitutes the backbone of all our products and services. Our goal: to offer professionals the most advanced training in hairdressing and aesthetics which will enable them to nurture and develop their salons. To this end, we have five spaces equipped with the latest technical and training resources: two Technical Centres in Madrid and Barcelona and three Technical Studios in Alicante, Bilbao, and Valencia.

Within these spaces, our clients have access to a comprehensive educational programme structured into different modules and taught by a highly qualified technical team with extensive experience in the world of beauty. Spaces for professional interactions and enrichment which promote knowledge exchange among professionals.

The Technical Centres are our brand’s flagship training spaces. These are divided into two clearly differentiated areas in response to the different needs of hairdressing and aesthetics professionals:

Hair Studio: the space dedicated to training hairdressing professionals where participants learn the latest cut, color, and styling techniques and trends through different training modules adapted to the needs of each participant.

Therapy Center: cosmetic science and the most exclusive treatments. A space reserved for training beauty professionals that joins the most advanced R&D with treatments created exclusively for each cosmetic line.
BARCELONA TECHNICAL CENTER

The Barcelona Technical Center is located in the center of the Catalonian city, very close to the most notable points of interest in Barcelona (Plaça de Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia, Casa Batlló, La Pedrera, etc.). This 1000 m2 multipurpose space is very comfortable and offers all of the elements needed to make the most of an intensive training experience.

MADRID TECHNICAL CENTER
The Technical Centre in Madrid provides services to central Spain. It boasts an excellent location in the city—extremely central and easy to access. Its floor area of 500 m2 is intended to encourage learning within an environment that promotes interaction among professionals.
