Persona - Melissa Timperley

We all take on different masks and different personas in our lives.  It could be a wife, a boss, a mum, a leader, a follower, a friend.  The mask is what we want people to see and the different personas we adapt ourselves to in situations in our lives.  We hide behind a mask, concealing the flaws and secrets we don’t want to expose.

In this collection I have emulated different personas in the hair with the face and all the emotions remaining hidden.

What we have to remember is the mask is what people see on the outside, but it isn’t the same as what’s going on inside.  The big questions is what mask are you wearing today?
